Serves as Travel Oregon’s principal advisor on legislative strategy, government affairs, public policy, and budget planning. Advises executive leadership, analyzes legislation and fiscal proposals, develops budget materials and policy recommendations, represents the agency before policymakers and stakeholders, and coordinates coalitions and interagency efforts. The role leads agency budget development, prepares testimony and executive communications, manages related contracts and projects, and incorporates equity considerations into policy analysis. This limited-duration position operates independently through approximately August 2027.
