Develop and support the Group’s hedge accounting framework, including hedge designation, documentation, effectiveness testing, OCI accounting, fair value measurement, and financial instrument disclosures under IFRS 9, IFRS 13, and IFRS 7. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Trading, and Front Office teams in a global energy environment.

The Interim CIO will lead global technology strategy, enterprise IT operations, AI, data governance, cybersecurity, digital transformation, business continuity, and technology-enabled innovation.
