Interim Head of People will lead talent acquisition, people operations, HR compliance, onboarding, performance and compensation cycles, workforce planning, employee relations, and people business partnering across a global startup. The role advises leadership, improves culture and team effectiveness, supports acquisitions and fundraising readiness, and manages HR systems and employment-law obligations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a part-time maternity-leave cover role based in London.
