Oversee digital banking and payment operations, including ACH, wires, debit cards, bill pay, mobile banking, and real-time payments. Lead operational teams, ensure accurate and compliant processing, manage controls and exceptions, support audits and risk mitigation, and serve as an escalation point for payment issues. Drive platform enhancements, implementations, testing, vendor coordination, procedure development, service improvements, and operational readiness while maintaining compliance with NACHA rules and applicable regulations.

Analyzes business and personal financial information, including financial statements and tax returns, to assess creditworthiness and prepare credit summaries and risk ratings. Leads problem-loan activities, supports pipeline management, prepares board and special-asset reports, monitors customers and collateral, and assists with training. Provides recommendations to credit managers, loan officers, and loan committees while overseeing select departmental activities.

Coordinates community outreach, sponsorships, volunteer programs, donations, partnerships, and a high volume of events across the bank’s service area. Serves as a liaison among employees, community organizations, nonprofits, and internal teams. Manages event logistics, volunteer communications, sponsorship activation, and community relationships while supporting marketing, social media, content creation, and storytelling. Evaluates engagement opportunities and represents the bank at public events.
