Lead marketing strategy and execution for Stanton’s hard surface flooring business, including hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, and future categories. Responsibilities include product positioning, go-to-market planning, channel marketing, dealer and designer engagement, sales enablement, product launches, merchandising, brand storytelling, content development, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Digital, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

Own the Salesforce platform lifecycle, including configuration, scalable automation, data models, security, integrations, release management, governance, dashboards, and user adoption. Translate business requirements into technical designs, implement advanced Flows and light Apex/LWC changes, troubleshoot APIs, maintain data quality, support executive analytics, and mentor administrators or power users.
