Identify threat actors, counterfeit operations, illicit infrastructure, and infringement networks; prepare investigative reports and criminal referrals; collaborate with attorneys, law enforcement, analysts, and clients; and present technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

Lead complex global investigations into intellectual property infringement and criminal operations. Use OSINT, dark web research, digital intelligence, code review, network traffic analysis, and Python automation to identify threat actors, hidden infrastructure, and infringement networks. Prepare investigative reports and criminal referrals, collaborate with attorneys, law enforcement, analysts, and clients, and present technical findings to stakeholders.

Reviews investigator-generated evidence for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal and litigation-focused standards. Examines exhibits, screenshots, test purchase documentation, and supporting materials; identifies gaps and errors; provides feedback; maintains QA records; supports reporting and process improvements; and collaborates with investigators and the QA Manager on intellectual property enforcement case builds.

Conduct international audits against industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Assess information technology, manufacturing, physical and logical security, business continuity, networking, encryption, and related controls. Coordinate audits with global stakeholders, prepare detailed reports and risk assessments, present findings, and recommend improvements. The role requires extensive international travel and offers progression to Lead Auditor after training.
