Map source and target formats, configure CSV, database, and REST API integrations, and provide technical consulting and support. Analyze and implement IT solutions, troubleshoot second- and third-level issues, support customer projects throughout their lifecycle, and help design system landscapes. Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and external middleware teams to deliver business-aligned integration solutions.
