Support high-voltage system integration, functional safety, architecture, fault resolution, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, charging operators, and global partners to deliver robust onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, and vehicle charging features including V2L, V2G, and Plug and Charge.

Develops and standardizes automotive components such as bolts, nuts, and plastic clips across vehicle projects. Assesses technical solutions, manufacturability, feasibility, and development risks; manages engineering change requests; coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers during trials and start of production; and improves standard-part management processes and technical standards.

Lead prototype build engineering readiness for non-electrical vehicle systems. Develop assembly processes, flow diagrams, work instructions, quality control plans, CAD models, virtual build validations, fabrication drawings, and inspection criteria. Support prototype execution, resolve fitment and quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis, manage defects and corrective actions, and coordinate Design, Manufacturing, Build, Quality, Suppliers, and Vehicle Architecture teams.

Develop and manage EV technology roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, assess maturity and scalability, benchmark competitors, and analyze costs, benefits, and risks. Coordinate cross-functional research, technology reviews, validation, technical committees, and platform integration. Maintain technology databases and traceability, evaluate BOM impacts, and track post-implementation effectiveness. The role requires strong automotive or high-tech R&D, product planning, analytical, and stakeholder coordination experience.

Leads NVH attribute development for electric vehicles across the full vehicle program lifecycle. Defines and validates NVH targets, coordinates CAE and physical testing, conducts root-cause analysis, develops mitigation strategies, and balances NVH performance against cost, weight, thermal, regulatory, and timing requirements. The role collaborates with internal engineering teams, testing departments, and external service providers while reporting critical performance gaps to program leadership.

Support manual and automated testing of electric vehicle ECU software, including inverters, chargers, DC-DC converters, and charging systems. Assist with requirements analysis, test case design, test environment setup, simulation, test execution, issue reporting, and bug verification. Collaborate with senior engineers while learning automotive testing tools, ASPICE, and V-Model processes.

The Senior Accountant manages accounting records, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, inventory, accruals, financial reporting, and month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities. The role supports statutory compliance, internal controls, external audits, process improvements, ERP implementation, and ad hoc financial analysis. Candidates need at least five years of accounting or audit experience, strong accounting standards knowledge, SAP and advanced Excel skills, and preferably a CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
