Build and scale the APAC developer community for an open-source AI foundation. Responsibilities include developer advocacy, contributor programs, technical content, ecosystem partnerships, governance support, events, hackathons, and community metrics. The role requires strong project management, operational discipline, and 40–50% international travel.

Forward Deployed Engineers partner with customers to design, deploy, customize, and scale OpenClaw AI systems in production. Responsibilities include building integrations and infrastructure, debugging distributed systems, designing cloud and on-premise architectures, contributing to open source, supporting migrations, documenting deployment patterns, and advising customers. The role requires strong software engineering, systems, cloud, security, communication, and customer-facing skills, with occasional travel.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI agents, developer tools, identity systems, trust frameworks, and user-facing applications. Responsibilities include interaction and visual design, prototyping, user research, design systems, product strategy, and collaboration with engineers, researchers, open source contributors, and communities. The role focuses on inventing new human-agent interaction paradigms and simplifying complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
