The role partners with Product, DevOps, and Operations to refine requirements, manage trade-offs, ensure reliable releases, and improve software quality, performance, security, and maintainability within an Agile/Scrum product environment.

Designs and documents Azure reference architectures for UMAX workloads built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role partners with Azure engineering, delivery teams, customers, and stakeholders to align cloud solutions with business requirements, support implementation and deployment, present technical proposals, contribute to presales, and promote architectural standards. Responsibilities include applying Azure networking, security, data, compute, integration, governance, Zero Trust, Cloud Adoption Framework, and Well-Architected Framework principles.
