Leads Slingshot Aerospace’s international sales organization, owning customer relationships, pipeline conversion, bookings, recurring revenue, forecasting, account growth, and sales execution. Manages Account Executives and Account Managers, develops strategic government and commercial accounts, oversees proposals and negotiations, maintains CRM discipline, and partners with business development, product, engineering, finance, legal, and leadership teams. Coaches the sales team, scales commercial processes, and translates complex space and software capabilities into customer value.

Conduct AI and machine learning research focused on physics-driven modeling, simulation, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and hybrid models. Develop and integrate novel algorithms into prototypes and production AI systems.
