Leads Fedcap Canada's corporate operations, including compliance, risk management, administrative services, procurement, facilities, technology coordination, onboarding, data management, and organizational systems. Supervises operational and administrative staff, manages internal workflows and referrals, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, oversees office operations and events, and drives continuous improvement, operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery excellence.

Performs financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, P&L preparation, and quarterly earnings analysis. Develops funder budgets, analyzes Salesforce pipeline data, creates reports and dashboards, and provides financial insights to leadership. Partners with stakeholders across business units, identifies process improvements, and applies accounting principles to support decision-making and reporting efficiency.

Supports validation of jobseeker support and performance milestone submissions for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with funder requirements, internal policies, and government regulations. The role reviews transactional data, prepares performance reports, documents discrepancies, maintains audit-ready records, responds to stakeholder inquiries, and supports updates to compliance procedures.
