Responsibilities include coaching technical leaders, managing delivery across concurrent initiatives, establishing planning and estimation practices, resolving risks and dependencies, improving automation quality and scalability, and partnering with technology, editorial, content, and product stakeholders. The role also provides technical and operational leadership for production-critical publishing systems.

Design and lead scalable AI architecture and implementation across LMS platforms, content systems, and enterprise applications. Develop machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, personalization, assessment, RAG, and prompt-engineering solutions. Establish AI roadmaps, conduct architectural reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure secure, ethical, compliant, and high-performance deployments using cloud, MLOps, containerization, and CI/CD practices.
