Oversee multifamily property performance across the Austin and San Antonio portfolio. Lead revenue optimization, expense control, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, marketing strategies, and operational improvements. Leads federal, state, and information tax filings for real estate entities, including Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1040, 990, 1099-NEC, and 1099-MISC. Oversees full-charge bookkeeping, property ledger consolidation, general ledger cycles, year-end closes, reconciliations, tax adjustments, partner capital rollforwards, and financial reporting. Collaborates with the CFO on tax planning, cash flow forecasting, and debt covenants while using CCH Axcess, RealPage, QuickBooks, and Excel.

Manage multifamily apartment community operations, occupancy, rental rates, budgets, resident satisfaction, renewals, collections, marketing, inspections, and legal proceedings. Recruit, supervise, coach, and develop on-site staff while maintaining company policies and service standards. Address resident concerns, optimize financial performance through property management systems, and ensure accurate online property representation. The role requires strong communication, organization, conflict resolution, customer service, and flexibility for weekend, evening, and holiday work.

Oversee a multifamily property portfolio across Central Texas, driving profitability, revenue optimization, expense control, occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction. Lead and develop onsite teams, manage KPIs and budgets, conduct community visits, prepare forecasts, address underperformance, implement marketing and business plans, and recommend technologies and strategies that improve operational performance and asset value.

Assists the Community Manager with multifamily property operations, including leasing, prospect qualification, applications, rent collection, delinquencies, lease renewals, move-ins and move-outs, resident relations, complaint resolution, eviction procedures, and property records. The role also supports sales, resident retention, compliance with Fair Housing requirements, and assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed.

Leads business development and third-party property management growth by building relationships with institutional owners, developers, investors, and capital partners. Owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, RFPs, presentations, negotiations, and client transitions. Directs property underwriting, market analysis, and pursuit teams while collaborating with Operations and Marketing. Represents the company at industry events and develops business development team members.

Leads operational excellence and scalability across a multifamily property management portfolio. Establishes standards, workflows, KPIs, and system governance; drives operational improvements, technology adoption, community transitions, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with operations, HR, technology, marketing, and asset management to improve service delivery, financial performance, cost efficiency, and portfolio consistency. Supports budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, change management, and organizational readiness across geographically diverse communities.
