Leads program strategy, performance improvement, operational analytics, and cross-functional initiatives in partnership with the Chief Program Officer. Uses program, staffing, utilization, census, financial, and service data to establish KPIs, identify risks, improve sustainability, support budgeting and forecasting, and guide program growth or redesign. Collaborates with Finance, Compliance, Quality Assurance, IT, HR, Billing, Intake, and executive leadership while supporting regulatory readiness and presenting recommendations to senior leaders and the Board.
