Administers and optimizes HR technology platforms, including UKG Pro and iCIMS, while managing security, workflows, integrations, reporting, and employee self-service. Develops HR metrics and dashboards, troubleshoots systems, leads implementations and upgrades, gathers requirements, supports process automation, and delivers user training and documentation. Partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to improve system performance, compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.

Reviews mechanical and electromechanical designs, develops and maintains standard work, evaluates technologies for product and process development, and supports manufacturing improvements. Coordinates vendor activities, maintains compliance with applicable standards, and collaborates with process engineers, design engineers, and shop technicians. The role requires analytical problem solving, planning, teamwork, communication, and occasional hands-on work with hand tools.
