Designs, implements, configures, troubleshoots, and improves ERP applications by analyzing business processes and gathering cross-functional requirements. Documents business requirements, process maps, specifications, reports, and training materials. Supports ERP security, performance, testing, system maintenance, and user training, including frequent on-site support. Leads complex technical ERP projects and travels approximately 25–50% of the time.

Designs and develops complex tooling, fixtures, jigs, gauges, cutting tools, forming tools, carts, and racks for manufacturing. Reviews product requirements, creates CAD models and documentation, develops testing plans, estimates costs and materials, evaluates tool performance, and may manage sourcing or procurement of purchased tools. Collaborates with manufacturing personnel to optimize production processes and tool quality.

Conducts financial and economic analyses, including budgets, expenses, revenue, cash flow, depreciation, investments, and financial performance. Builds forecasts and financial models for what-if scenarios, analyzes trends, prepares financial statements and management reports, and recommends improvements to financial procedures, plans, and controls. Works independently and may lead projects while supporting organizational planning and decision-making.

Supervises financial operations including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, treasury, cash flow, compliance, and financial reporting. Oversees budget development, ensures accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and leads financial staff. The role also supports hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions while coordinating with managers and organizational leadership.

Performs financial and economic analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, financial modeling, cash flow, revenue, depreciation, and investment reviews. Tracks financial performance for accounts, products, or business units, prepares financial statements, and provides recommendations to management regarding financial plans, procedures, and controls.
