Leads federal business development strategy across the procurement lifecycle, from budget forecasting and opportunity tracking through proposals, contract negotiations, awards, and project handoffs. Builds relationships with federal acquisition offices and agencies, shapes solicitations, mentors regional BD teams, oversees CRM reporting, supports teaming and proposal efforts, and ensures successful transition of awarded projects. Requires extensive federal construction or government contracting experience, agency expertise, FAR knowledge, and proficiency with federal procurement intelligence tools.

Provides executive administrative support through travel and expense coordination, reporting, project tracking, communications, event planning, visitor assistance, office and conference room management, asset tracking, clerical tasks, and coordination of office technology and maintenance requests. The role requires construction project administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, initiative, and customer service orientation.

Supports project accounting and financial administration, including financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow reporting, accounts payable and receivable, subcontractor payments, budgeting, cost controls, payroll, asset inventories, and internal controls. Provides financial analysis and recommendations while ensuring accurate records, compliance with financial policies, and adherence to state and local sales and use tax requirements.
