Supports hospital customer processes including fee schedules, billing audits, business reviews, onboarding, customer maintenance, reporting, Salesforce administration, and service issue coordination. Maintains accurate customer data and documentation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports Power BI reporting, and helps improve customer processes, compliance, and operational continuity.

Supports field sales and blood collection goals by prospecting new community and university partnerships, building donor awareness, coordinating blood drive logistics, managing account information, presenting to community groups, and maintaining relationships with partner organizations. The role also supports recruiting, social media outreach, scheduling, forecasting, compliance, and successful blood drive outcomes, including occasional evening and weekend work.

Trains employees and system users on document processes, facilitates annual reviews, improves documentation standards and workflows, and organizes materials using appropriate structure, style, and visual elements. Collaborates with management and subject matter experts while supporting event management activities and ensuring timely, accurate work.

Manages research grant portfolios and advises principal investigators on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, cost allowability, sponsor requirements, and closeout. Develops financial models, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases; monitors grant utilization, indirect cost recovery, staffing, and program sustainability. Supports audits, process improvements, financial systems, and cross-functional initiatives while mentoring analysts and educating research stakeholders.

Supports Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Supply Chain, and PBCS systems through administration, configuration, reporting, queries, reconciliations, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and user support. The role analyzes financial data, documents processes, trains users, gathers requirements, supports system projects, and performs financial analysis and business-case development while coordinating with Finance, Information Systems, supply chain, and operational teams.
