Manages full lifecycle procurement and subcontract administration for U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command programs. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating RFPs and RFQs, conducting source selections, negotiating pricing and terms, administering subcontract agreements, supporting proposals, maintaining audit-ready files, tracking milestones and funding, managing compliance and risk, and producing procurement reports. The role requires DoD contracting expertise, FAR/DFARS knowledge, an active Secret clearance, and hybrid work in Huntsville, Alabama.

Manage annual and multi-year budgets for a U.S. Army organization, including budget estimates, spend plans, funding requirements, obligations, expenditures, procurement documentation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Use GFEBS, WHS DAI, and related systems to resolve discrepancies and support contract execution, closeout, and fiscal compliance. Coordinate with government stakeholders, maintain financial records, and provide corrective-action recommendations. Occasional travel is required.

Plans, coordinates, evaluates, and manages logistics programs supporting U.S. Army MACOM operations. Develops contingency and sustainment plans spanning supply, transportation, integrated logistics support, and maintenance. Analyzes complex logistics issues, advises senior military leadership, coordinates resolutions, and evaluates the impact of higher-echelon orders on support operations. The role requires Army sustainment knowledge, high-level briefing skills, occasional travel, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Develop and maintain data systems, pipelines, databases, and automated workflows using Palantir Foundry, Power Platform, SAP, and coding tools. Analyze financial and logistical datasets, modernize legacy processes, create executive dashboards, and translate findings into actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and support data-driven decision-making for a U.S. Army logistics and engineering organization.

Designs and operates data architectures, integrations, governance processes, automation, models, algorithms, and software tools supporting Army GEOINT and intelligence requirements. Collaborates with GEOINT analysts and Defense and Intelligence Community partners to develop scalable data solutions, integrate emerging capabilities, accelerate large-data analytics, and produce intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings.
