Develop and maintain Java-based applications for a US Government client. Build front-end features with JavaScript and CSS, enhance Apache Struts applications, troubleshoot defects, collaborate across teams, and follow federal security, documentation, and development standards.

Engineer and secure enterprise macOS endpoints by developing workstation images, baseline configurations, JAMF and Apple Business Manager workflows, patching, compliance controls, authentication, logging, and lifecycle processes. Integrate endpoints with VDI, EDR, SIEM, and security agents; support audits, forensic collection, incident response, troubleshooting, recovery, and secure decommissioning. Create operational runbooks and provide technical guidance to service desk staff and stakeholders.

Analyzes enterprise incident, problem, change, API performance, and latency trends using Splunk, cloud observability tools, statistical modeling, AI, and machine learning. Develops predictive models, prototypes, dashboards, and remediation strategies to identify anomalies, improve automation, and resolve systemic issues across enterprise platforms. Collaborates with application, infrastructure, and network teams while providing technical guidance to stakeholders.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports full-stack Java applications for a U.S. Government client. Builds Spring Boot services, Angular front ends, REST APIs, microservices, Oracle database integrations, and Azure cloud solutions. Participates in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and cross-functional delivery with QA, DevOps, UX, and product teams. The role is fully remote and contract-to-hire, with eligibility for a DoD Public Trust clearance required.
