Leads regional sales strategy and team performance for Caterpillar and allied heavy equipment products. Responsibilities include driving revenue, profit, market share, customer loyalty, and sales forecasts; managing P&L and gross margins; overseeing CRM funnel practices; analyzing markets and competitive trends; hiring, training, and coaching sales staff; managing supplier relationships; and representing the company at customer and industry events.

Supports machine sales across South Carolina by developing Spanish-speaking customer relationships, generating qualified leads, facilitating bilingual communication, assisting with product and purchasing explanations, coordinating community outreach, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales representatives throughout the customer lifecycle. The role requires regular regional travel, occasional overnight stays, customer relationship building, Spanish-language material review, and collaboration with Parts, Service, Rental, Sales, and Used departments.
