Execute recruiting strategies, attract and engage prospective caregivers, support staffing objectives, and collaborate with team members to promote a positive workplace culture. The role also involves analyzing and optimizing recruitment processes. Candidates need at least two years of recruiting experience, strong computer and business application skills, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.

Supports the agency’s training program by leading orientation, training, mentoring, and competency assessments for caregivers. Provides hands-on instruction in activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living, identifies training needs, maintains compliance with Oregon caregiver qualifications, and evaluates training outcomes. The role may also provide direct caregiver services as needed.

Supports billing and accounting operations by verifying financial and client data, preparing invoices, processing payments, assisting accounts receivable, resolving billing and insurance discrepancies, maintaining records, and communicating with clients and internal teams. The role requires meeting recurring deadlines while handling confidential information accurately and efficiently.

Supports the agency’s training program by onboarding and mentoring caregivers, delivering hands-on instruction, assessing competencies, documenting performance, identifying training needs, and ensuring caregiver qualification compliance. The role also develops training initiatives, uses varied instructional methods, monitors training best practices, and occasionally works as a caregiver.
