Lead the commercial growth, profitability, and market expansion of VEO’s medium- and low-voltage switchgear portfolio across the Nordic region. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing forecasts and tenders, negotiating with customers and partners, improving product competitiveness and margins, shaping the sales operating model, monitoring market opportunities, collaborating with engineering and product management, and building a product sales team.

Responsible for strategic recruitment, executive search, talent sourcing, employer branding, and partnership with hiring managers. The role also develops onboarding processes, coordinates mentoring programs, supports career and leadership development, and builds talent pipelines across Finland, Sweden, and Norway. Success requires strong networking, candidate engagement, HR process development, and communication skills in Finnish and English.
