Leads complex IT projects while owning the organization’s PMO methodology, governance, standards, tooling, metrics, and continuous improvement. Establishes project intake, classification, stage gates, templates, dashboards, and competency frameworks; mentors project managers; manages risks, stakeholders, budgets, and delivery outcomes. Advises executives, leads cross-functional teams, and evaluates AI-assisted tools for automation and improved project forecasting, reporting, and execution.

Analyzes prospect and portfolio data to support fundraising strategy, portfolio optimization, prospect qualification, and development officer decision-making. Consults with development teams, maintains prospect management processes, audits data quality, researches major-gift prospects, develops reports, and provides training on systems and best practices. The role also collaborates with analytics teams and contributes to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
