Provides phone-based customer support for Drybar clients, including booking, confirming, changing, and canceling appointments. Coordinates with salon shops through chat, makes outbound calls, resolves concerns, de-escalates issues, and optimizes appointment schedules. The role requires strong communication, active listening, empathy, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, patience, and comfort using booking and communication platforms. The position is in person, with customer service experience strongly preferred and sales experience considered a plus.
