Partners with regional and hospital leaders across London and the South East to deliver people strategies, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, organisational change, and engagement initiatives. Advises and coaches managers, leads complex investigations and disciplinary processes, uses people data to identify trends, and collaborates with legal, payroll, benefits, and centres of excellence teams. The role requires regular site travel and supports leadership capability, compliance, diversity, and continuous improvement.
