Owns full-cycle accounting for an affiliated entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, tax notices, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. The accountant independently maintains accurate records, resolves discrepancies, meets payroll and close deadlines, and communicates financial results to management while coordinating with the corporate accounting team.

Manage the accounts payable inbox, enter invoices into the accounting system, respond to vendor payment inquiries, approve expense reports, process accounting and payroll mail, and maintain vendor relationships. The role also supports workplace cleanliness and requires strong communication, attention to detail, clerical and data-entry skills, adaptability, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
