Own the full sales cycle for US customers, from prospecting and qualification through product demos and closing. Build pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound leads, sell market intelligence products to energy, infrastructure, and financial-services buyers, meet quarterly targets, maintain accurate CRM data, and provide customer feedback to product and research teams.

Supports a small marketing team across social media, email campaigns, internal communications, product marketing, event logistics, and day-to-day marketing operations. The intern will draft and schedule posts, create sales enablement materials and case studies, coordinate webinars and in-person events, organize assets, and track marketing activities. Strong writing, organization, initiative, multitasking, and interest in energy and climate technology are emphasized.

Own customer renewals, onboarding, adoption, retention, account health, and engagement across a portfolio of subscription and research customers. Partner with Account Managers and analysts, connect customers to relevant research, communicate customer feedback internally, and build the company’s customer success playbook, health scoring, engagement cadence, and AI-assisted coverage model.
