Provides reception, customer service, visitor screening, mail and conference room coordination, general office and executive support, procurement, records management, HR and shareholder assistance, and basic IT request coordination. Maintains confidentiality, supports facility safety and security procedures, processes invoices and forms, assists with onboarding, and coordinates office supplies, packages, workspaces, and on-call staff.

Provides end-user technical support, software installation, desktop configuration, account management, and basic network administration. Maintains operating systems, applications, endpoint security, virtualization and storage environments, documentation, licenses, and equipment inventory. Troubleshoots Windows, macOS, Linux, DHCP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, and connectivity issues while coordinating escalations with network and NOC teams. Requires on-call availability, travel to remote job sites, and strong communication skills.

Creates print and digital visual communications for NANA, including newsletters, websites, infographics, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials. Maintains brand assets, templates, digital asset libraries, and version control; coordinates print production, photography, and vendors. Supports communications campaigns, applies brand standards, manages multiple projects, incorporates feedback, and meets deadlines. The role is shareholder-only, based in Kotzebue or Anchorage, Alaska, with travel of up to 20%.
