Leads continuous improvement and manufacturing transformation initiatives using data-driven problem solving. Evaluates safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and costs; identifies improvement opportunities; and collaborates with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, IT, sales, and finance teams. Responsibilities include project definition, data analysis, value-stream mapping, workflow and information-flow design, financial analysis, solution implementation, and communicating project progress to stakeholders.

Leads the mechanical design, development, optimization, and production integration of transformers and components. Provides technical leadership on complex projects, performs advanced engineering and failure analyses, ensures compliance with IEEE, IEC, CSA, and DOE requirements, mentors junior engineers, maintains engineering documentation, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and drives continuous improvement and innovation.
