Coordinates partner food orders from placement through delivery, including late orders, warehouse-system releases, discrepancy resolution, inventory coordination, recalls, returns, and delivery issues. Maintains accurate records, researches shortages, communicates with internal and external partners, compiles feedback, recommends inventory options, and escalates operational problems. The role supports food safety, supply chain efficiency, order fulfillment, and dependable distribution services.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 prospective and existing donors, cultivate relationships, solicit mid-level and major gifts, coordinate fundraising events and tours, and maintain accurate donor records. The role requires consistent outreach, follow-through, donor research, relationship building, administrative organization, and occasional travel across the service area to support the Regional Food Bank’s fundraising mission.
