Manages desktop support and maintenance operations, including hardware and software planning, vendor selection, acquisition, Tier 2 issue resolution, installation, deployment, testing, and upgrades. The role also supports SOX compliance, COBIT-based auditing, policy development, and regulatory examinations.

Provides administrative support to management and professional staff by maintaining records and files, tracking projects and real estate transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing meetings, documenting notes, and monitoring project information. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, Microsoft Office and Excel skills, basic real estate transaction knowledge, accurate typing, and the ability to manage changing demands.

Manage and maintain production and non-production databases across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include database design, security and access administration, backup and recovery, parameter configuration, data dictionary and warehousing requirements, resource allocation, performance optimization, and cost management. The role supports multiple concurrent projects, may lead or advise project teams, and may coach junior technical staff.

Researches and evaluates emerging technologies across enterprise IT systems and architectures. Analyzes business and technical requirements, recommends foundation architecture changes, disseminates technology findings, and supports implementation and deployment initiatives. Collaborates with users and technical staff across multiple computing environments, contributes to moderately complex projects, and may coach junior staff.
