Supports showroom operations and sales designers by assisting clients, managing calls, payments, swatches, catalogs, samples, supplies, and resource-room organization. Coordinates merchandise and vendor updates, supports floor plans, sales entry, presentations, and project adjustments using CAD and Microsoft Office. Assists with house calls, deliveries, installations, vendor communication, and store opening and closing procedures.

Supports showroom operations and the General Manager by welcoming guests, monitoring sales leads, managing materials and inventory, handling calls, paperwork, expenses, and reporting. Coordinates with corporate teams and assists with customer-experience projects, appointments, and daily operations. The role requires CAD experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and availability to work weekends and some holidays.
