Leads brand strategy, integrated go-to-market planning, media, social, PR, franchise marketing, retail media, and Pet Partner programs for PSP and WNW. Oversees campaign orchestration, private-brand growth, agency relationships, marketing effectiveness, and a team of 10. Partners cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, franchisees, and executives to connect marketing investments to customer growth, sales, partner value, and measurable business outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day inbound operations, including staffing, workflow prioritization, productivity, volume, quality, and KPI performance. Lead supply chain functions, corrective actions, continuous improvement, facility layout changes, safety compliance, and cost efficiency. Manage employee development and operational standards while supporting Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, AIB, and OSHA requirements.

Supports SOX and internal control testing, risk-based operational and financial audits, remediation follow-up, and audit workpaper preparation. Evaluates compliance, identifies control and process improvements, and communicates findings to leadership. Also supports Loss Prevention, Store Safety, Enterprise Risk Management, reporting, service ticket review, and cross-functional initiatives. Requires periodic travel of approximately 10–20%.

Coordinates HR administration at a warehouse distribution center, including safety committees and audits, injury reporting, MHE training records, employee engagement, attendance tracking, recruiting and orientation support, performance review tracking, employee inquiries, communication boards, payroll and benefits assistance, reporting, and personnel filing. Requires 2+ years of payroll or benefits experience, strong organization and communication skills, data entry ability, confidentiality, and the ability to become certified as an MHE Train the Trainer.

Supervise 20–25 warehouse team members and oversee replenishment, put-away, cage-item handling, labor planning, and daily assignments. Ensure service-level performance, safety, housekeeping, SOP adherence, shift handoffs, and cost control. Coach employees, balance labor across departments, support continuous improvement using 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma, and recommend facility layout changes. Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations.

Supports franchise growth through lead and candidate management, pipeline reporting, CRM administration, marketing analytics, SEO coordination, content and campaign support, franchise owner engagement, and strategic project coordination. Manages Franchise Advisory Committee activities and provides logistical support for leadership events. Maintains dashboards, marketing collateral, candidate materials, records, and performance reporting while coordinating internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, brokers, and franchise owners.
