Recruits, screens, hires, and places Direct Support Professionals based on individual needs. Manages DSP schedules, assignments, performance, retention, and onboarding while maintaining relationships with clients, families, Supports Coordinators, referral sources, and industry contacts. The role also addresses service concerns, identifies staffing and business opportunities, supports revenue cycle management, and ensures compliance with hiring standards, confidentiality, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.

Coordinates HR and recruitment processes, including candidate screening, background checks, onboarding, I-9 verification, personnel-file maintenance, HRIS updates, orientations, payroll and benefits audits, employee support, and termination processing. Ensures compliance with applicable employment laws and maintains accurate applicant and employee records while supporting staffing needs and positive employee relations.

Coordinates human resources processes, including recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, background checks, I-9 verification, personnel-file maintenance, HRIS and applicant-tracking updates, payroll and benefits audits, orientations, terminations, and employee support. Ensures hiring and recordkeeping comply with applicable laws and company requirements while providing customer service to employees, applicants, direct care workers, and consumers.
