Designs, maintains, monitors, troubleshoots, configures, upgrades, and tests enterprise network infrastructure across campus, data center, and cloud environments. Supports Cisco and Arista routing and switching, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancing and WAF services, IPAM, DNS, DHCP, and fiber infrastructure. Leads full lifecycle project management for industrial control system upgrades across water treatment plants. Provides technical oversight to engineering staff, plant technicians, and consultants; coordinates with Operations, OT, IT, Engineering, and field teams; reviews technical designs and budgets; and supports SCADA construction, testing, commissioning, and startup. Also assigns work, schedules activities, directs staff, and supports employee development and training.

Manages capital and operations-and-maintenance projects for the Colorado River Aqueduct, including planning, scoping, funding authorizations, schedules, budgets, environmental documentation, and project reporting. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and provides engineering support and liaison services to field operations. Uses Primavera, Microsoft Project, Office applications, and the CIP system to track project delivery and performance.
