Works under direct supervision while learning organizational processes and applying foundational technical knowledge. The role is intended for an undergraduate student pursuing a technical degree and involves minimal travel to job sites or offices.

Coordinates jobsite materials, tools, equipment, fuel, and supply deliveries. Verifies incoming shipments, identifies discrepancies and damage, manages inventory and storage areas, tracks consumables and rented equipment, schedules refills and deliveries, and returns unused materials. Conducts tool inspections and monthly inventories while maintaining accurate reports for project management. The role requires forklift operation, knowledge of plumbing materials and jobsite operations, organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in outdoor and physically demanding environments.

Provides technical leadership for retro-commissioning and energy conservation projects. Leads site surveys, develops energy management strategies, reviews designs and equipment submittals, supports construction and commissioning, troubleshoots system integration issues, and optimizes complex MEP systems. The role also develops technical standards, training materials, and processes while mentoring Technical Services staff and supporting client project outcomes.

Oversee electrical engineering design, studies, drawings, specifications, and project solutions as Engineer of Record. Manage compliance with engineering standards and the NEC, support budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients, AHJs, and multidisciplinary teams, conduct site visits, perform quality reviews, and mentor engineers and technical staff. The role requires a PE license, commercial project design experience, and strong communication and project coordination skills.

Supports energy conservation and retro-commissioning projects through site surveys, system design, commissioning, troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and technical reviews. Collaborates with engineers, project teams, and clients to integrate building automation and energy management strategies. Develops standards, tools, reports, and training materials while mentoring Technical Services staff. Requires frequent travel to job sites and offices.
