Builds and grows planned maintenance contract sales for emergency generators and fire pumps across an assigned New York City territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, relationship development, pipeline management, territory planning, sales forecasting, customer issue resolution, market representation, and achieving sales goals. The role serves industrial, commercial, medical, higher education, and government customers while positioning the company as a preferred OEM service provider.

Provides administrative and accounts receivable support for service billing. Reviews and submits invoices, gathers purchase orders and supporting documentation, tracks invoice processing, follows up on past-due accounts, resolves billing discrepancies, maintains customer and payment records, and prepares receivables reports. Coordinates with internal teams and customers while using billing portals, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and accounts receivable software.
