Assists the Branch Manager with daily branch operations, supervises and coaches tellers and member service representatives, ensures compliance with MECU policies and regulations, resolves member concerns, supports fraud and security efforts, maintains service quality, and ensures successful branch audits. The role also performs teller or member service representative duties as needed and requires Saturday hours.

Analyzes, tests, installs, documents, and maintains computer information systems and applications. Manages core banking system operations, databases, reporting, integrations, and process improvements. Provides second-tier helpdesk support, troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues, develops reports, trains staff, and leads related core-system projects while collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
