Supports engineering project planning, execution, documentation, financial performance, production planning, risk management, and issue resolution. Coordinates project tasks and commitments, maintains stakeholder communication, assists with proposals, tracks milestones and KPIs, and helps improve operational processes. Own product design, safety, quality documentation, project risk reporting, and process improvement while working with minimal supervision.

Provides technical leadership and architectural ownership for multi-generation battery management systems used in military, commercial, and industrial applications. Responsibilities include embedded firmware and electronics architecture, BMS algorithms, safety and compliance, requirements traceability, risk assessments, verification strategies, diagnostics, testing, manufacturability, and system sustainment. The role serves as the subject-matter expert across firmware, hardware, controls, sensing, and system integration.

Lead process improvement and engineering projects for lithium-ion battery manufacturing. Analyze KPIs, OEE, yield, cycle time, reliability, and defects using statistical tools and data analysis. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process documentation, supplier evaluation, and integration of new manufacturing technologies. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, safety, R&D, supply chain, and design engineering while promoting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
