Audits payroll tax returns, researches discrepancies, develops internal and regulatory reports, coordinates audits, analyzes payroll data, improves processes, maintains payroll system integrity, and supports system implementations. Requires expertise in multi-state and federal wage and hour regulations, payroll systems, benefits programs, and payroll compliance.

Manages the full lifecycle of purchase orders, subcontracts, and vendor agreements supporting maintenance, repair, and construction services. Responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying vendors, negotiating costs and contract terms, ensuring FAR and other compliance requirements, processing orders, tracking performance and invoices, maintaining vendor records, preparing reports, and advising internal business operations stakeholders. The role also leads process improvements and supports strategic procurement planning.
