Coordinates daily staffing coverage and schedules for approximately 810 paramedic, supervisory, and logistics employees. Responsibilities include managing absences, backfilling vacancies, assigning shifts, processing time-off requests, booking overtime, maintaining timekeeping and position records, preparing compliance reports, and coordinating training, mentorship, court attendance, and return-to-work arrangements. Leads Peel Region’s enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, modernization, implementation, governance, and operational sustainment. Oversees SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, IBM Maximo, vendors, procurement, budgets, risks, and service models. The role drives organizational change, stakeholder adoption, technology governance, and alignment between enterprise technology investments and public-service priorities while developing a multidisciplinary team.

Coordinates and evaluates PAMA marketing strategies, including advertising, media relations, social media, web content, publications, audience research, and brand communications. Develops marketing plans, creates copy and digital content, manages collateral distribution, supports media and vendor relationships, and measures campaign effectiveness. The role requires collaboration with internal and external partners, occasional evening and weekend work, and travel to regional facilities or meetings.
