Provides on-site systems administration for Department of State users. Manages servers, networking equipment, workstations, applications, Active Directory, vSphere, databases, patches, backups, security controls, upgrades, and equipment retirement. Resolves incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, documents configurations and topology, monitors system performance, coordinates projects, and reports operational risks. Requires a Secret clearance, five or more years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Administer and maintain SSL/TLS certificate management and renewals within a network engineering team. Responsibilities include optimizing LAN networks, upgrading WAN connectivity, implementing high-availability load balancing and denial-of-service detection, monitoring permissions and audit logs, and maintaining certificate-management documentation and procedures. The role supports secure, highly available public-facing services for Department of State facilities and requires a Secret clearance.

Supports a Department of State IT services program through transition management. Coordinates transition-in and transition-out plans, operational control, staff handoffs, project documentation, deployment timelines, collaboration sessions, and common tracking tools and processes. Works within the Program Management Office with government representatives, incoming and outgoing staff, portfolio teams, and product teams to ensure successful transition execution and mission support.
