Leads and administers a large DoD professional support services task order, serving as the primary government interface. Directs contractor staff, oversees program execution across acquisition, contracts, modernization, and cost functions, coordinates performance and financial reporting, and implements cost-control initiatives. The role requires extensive DoD acquisition and contract management experience, DAWIA Level III or PMP certification, senior government briefing experience, Navy enterprise tool proficiency, and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.

Develops work breakdown structures, POA&Ms, schedules, briefings, meeting minutes, and management analyses. Applies data visualization and government documentation, change-control, and program-management processes. May oversee junior staff and independently support high-visibility or mission-critical programs.

Provides aviation supply and logistics support for Naval Aviation Support Detachments, including inventory and stock control, financial management, demand planning, materials tracking, warranty support, readiness reporting, and supply system operations. Supports Navy maintenance activities, Supply Officers, and government customers while managing records, parts, quality issues, and logistics processes using Navy-specific systems.

Provides pre-award and post-award federal acquisition support for Aids to Navigation contracts. Responsibilities include contract administration, documentation, price and cost analysis, negotiations, modifications, simplified acquisitions, source selection, and application of FAR procedures and socioeconomic policies. The role supports government contracting officers across cradle-to-grave activities and multiple contract types, including best value and LPTA acquisitions.

Leads contract performance for the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Staff Training Program and Marine Expeditionary Force exercises. Oversees planning, staffing, scheduling, resources, reporting, training support, geographically dispersed teams, risks, compliance, and process improvement. Serves as the primary liaison with Government stakeholders and supports travel-intensive military training and operational planning events.

Supports Navy C4I modernization planning and installation execution for afloat, submarine, and shore platforms. Maps PEO C4I, NAVWAR, NAVSEA, FRD, and FIO processes to installation timelines; maintains planning databases, fielding plans, milestone trackers, and baseline change requests; monitors compliance, coordinates stakeholders, validates costs, identifies programmatic issues, and recommends process improvements. The role independently handles mission-critical program activities and may oversee junior staff.

Plans and coordinates Civil Engineer Operations Flight work tasks, including repairs, modifications, construction, schedules, materials, staffing, and critical-path plans. Manages preventive maintenance programs, fiscal-year execution plans, budgets, and funding. Maintains NexGen IT data quality, analyzes productivity and workload metrics, trains personnel, prepares leadership reports, coordinates with Air Force stakeholders, and ensures regulatory, safety, environmental, and security compliance.

Leads an on-site contractor team supporting Office of Naval Research programs. Provides personnel oversight, workload assignment, operational coordination, business and financial support, risk mitigation, compliance monitoring, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement for Science & Technology and Research & Development initiatives.

Supports Navy aviation logistics and supply operations, including inventory management, stock control, financial management, demand planning, parts tracking, readiness reporting, and maintenance supply support. The role works with Naval Aviation Support Detachments, Supply Officers, vendors, and government customers. Responsibilities include managing inventories, warranty returns, records, supply systems, GCPC procedures, OPTAR management, and Navy logistics processes.
