Coordinates MSP support for Azure, SQL, and virtualization workloads, provides Tier 3 escalation support, performs recovery testing, and mentors IT staff.

The Senior Data Analyst collects, validates, analyzes, and visualizes data to deliver dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and actionable insights. The role supports operational and clinical decision-making, data governance, quality improvement, reporting automation, and process optimization. It partners with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, resolve data issues, communicate findings, and improve the reliability and usability of analytics products.
