Leads credit, collections, accounts receivable, credit approvals, order releases, dispute resolution, and risk monitoring. Supervises credit and deduction staff, manages customer delinquency and payment plans, maintains credit policies and controls, and partners with sales, finance, logistics, customer service, IT, and operations. Produces credit and collections reporting while improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and supporting profitable growth.

Manage global import and export trade compliance for U.S. and Canadian operations. Oversee tariff classification, free trade agreement qualification, country-of-origin determinations, special duty programs, customs valuation, permits, audits, and regulatory documentation. Manage customs brokers and third-party trade service providers, monitor performance metrics, support duty optimization, maintain compliance procedures, and advise internal stakeholders on tariffs, duties, and taxes.

Maintains CPQ product configuration models for custom window coverings, translating product and engineering requirements into rules, validations, options, matrices, and SKU logic. Tests configuration behavior, troubleshoots ordering and manufacturing issues, validates BOM-related outputs, and documents model logic and standards. The role collaborates with product management, engineering, IT, manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service to support product launches and ensure accurate, production-ready configuration data.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and governance of enterprise AI and machine learning systems. Builds production generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, copilots, and automation; develops scalable pipelines, APIs, integrations, predictive models, and analytics. Partners with stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases, ensures model security and monitoring, evaluates emerging tools, drives rapid prototyping, documents solutions, and mentors engineers.

Reviews delinquent customer accounts, conducts collections, resolves chargebacks and deduction disputes, and analyzes credit risk. Evaluates financial statements, credit reports, payment trends, and customer portfolios to recommend credit limits and risk mitigation strategies. Maintains account records, resolves credit-held orders, communicates with customers and financial partners, ensures policy compliance, and supports process improvement.
