Manage an education centre’s daily operations, profitability, membership growth, service delivery, compliance, and team performance. Lead, coach, and develop tutors; monitor KPIs and student progress; build community partnerships; support marketing and sales activities; and deliver excellent experiences for children and families. The role also requires safeguarding leadership, Ofsted compliance, operational problem-solving, and maintaining a positive, accountable team culture.

Supervise the day-to-day operation of an education centre, leading and coaching tutors, supporting children’s learning progress, managing family experiences, growing membership, and contributing to revenue and profitability. The role includes community engagement, marketing events, trial sessions, enquiry management, safeguarding, staff efficiency, and operational problem-solving. Based full-time in Leeds, the supervisor works closely with the Centre Manager and may progress into centre management.
