The Senior Accountant manages month-end and year-end close activities, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and technical accounting analysis. The role supports audits, reviews transactions, improves accounting controls and processes, prepares warranty activity, and mentors junior accounting staff. Oversees customer relationships, team development, process improvements, internal controls, system conversions from CDK to Procede, and implementation of data-driven credit scoring. Partners cross-functionally on strategic initiatives while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
