Develop and implement strategic communications and public affairs plans for a Department of War customer. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Operate and sustain a classified cyber range by configuring virtual machines, networks, test environments, and event infrastructure. Troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, monitor resource utilization, maintain configuration control, apply STIGs and security controls, and support event planning, execution, documentation, after-action reviews, and range resets. Collaborate with government stakeholders and participants while ensuring technical activities meet cybersecurity, physical security, personnel security, and documentation requirements.

Provides onsite network administration and technical support, including VOIP troubleshooting, outage resolution, equipment and circuit maintenance, network changes, VLANs, firewall configuration, security zones, and quarterly failover testing. Creates technical documentation, change notices, and network diagrams while supporting secure business networks across multiple locations.

Supports DoD hypersonic test infrastructure projects under project and systems engineering leadership. Responsibilities include monitoring project status, risks, costs, schedules, technical performance, contractor deliverables, reviews, briefings, reports, meeting documentation, and management processes. The role contributes to planning and acquisition documents, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, supports financial tracking, and participates in technical and program reviews. An active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, project management experience, and approximately 20% travel are required.

Designs and oversees secure, interoperable systems architecture across Marine Corps cyberspace portfolios. Maintains solution intent, traces mission capabilities to technical enablers and compliance requirements, develops architecture roadmaps and backlogs, supports PI planning, and coordinates dependencies across product, architecture, and engineering teams. Requires extensive DoD enterprise architecture and integration experience, SAFe expertise, cybersecurity compliance, and knowledge of MCEN, Zero Trust, RMF, and Marine Corps mission functions.

Designs and builds solutions for OpenShift clusters integrated with CANES network, identity, and PKI services. Develops Ansible automation, installs and troubleshoots platforms and applications, documents technical solutions, assesses risks, and recommends technology improvements. The role also provides technical guidance to junior engineers and requires hands-on work on waterfront platforms.

Performs electrical inspections and quality assurance for overseas construction projects. Reviews drawings, specifications, calculations, shop drawings, submittals, substitutions, RFIs, and change orders for compliance. Monitors contractor quality, safety, materials, construction progress, and corrective actions through onsite inspections. Prepares progress reports, provides engineering recommendations, and attends project meetings. Requires an electrical engineering degree or PE license, seven years of relevant construction experience, international code knowledge, U.S. citizenship, and Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
